By using patented non-deforming metal bonded wheels, linear lines are eliminated before reaching the polished phase.  To manufacture the long life polish wheels, we use an innovative process which deposits a continuous face of diamond / resin composite on the vulcanized rubber core of the bit.  This ensures a smooth and consistent contact with the stone.  Together, the system produces the deepest polish on the market today!
