Designed for machine or hand cutting. Has a 1mm clear polyester liner between the outside blueliner and rubber stencil which eliminates taping during panel transfer to stone, yet allows easy blast-through.

Anchor #124 Sandblast Stencil

Same construction as #123. The 2-mil polyester film holds letters and designs in place while transferring from computer to die. The holes are punched through the liner and rubber.

Note: 30" width will work with large pin 30" plotters. 124 Yellow has a yellow 2-mil polyester film between outside adhesive and rubber to help identify any residue remaining on the substrate after sandblast.

Available in 15" and 30" widths x 10 yards.

Designed and recommended for raw/unfinished hardwood, HDU foam-board, brick, and rough stone. Not intended for use on marble, granite, or polished surfaces.

Stencil #155 24" Friction-fed

High quality, durable, stencil coated with an advanced medium tack, rubber-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a clear polyester liner. Un-punched for friction-feed cutters and is designed for use on primed/painted wood and HDU foam-board. #153 is the friction-feed option for double-process shaped carving on polished marble or granite. Recommended for deep media blast etching of glass.

Same design as Style #153, except this stencil's adhesive, is water-based rather than petroleum-based, making the adhesion level much higher. The rubber is trimmed back 1/2" along each edge so the wheels can clamp down on the 5mm polyester film liner and carry the stencil through the computer.

Recommended for sandblasting brick and unfinished wood.

Available in 19 7/8" and 24" widths.
